All authentic Exclusive Outlet products purchased through our website (exclusive-outlet.store) are eligible for a refund.
2. Return Period
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- After 7 days, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Unauthorized, used, or damaged items may be rejected.
5. “Return-to-Sender” & Refused Packages
- If a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” or is refused by the recipient, please notify us with tracking confirmation.
- A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
6. Incorrect Address Shipments
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, Exclusive Outlet is not responsible for lost packages or non-delivery.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders are processed quickly. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
- To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at support@exclusive-outlet.store.
- If cancellation is not possible, the standard return policy applies.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@exclusive-outlet.store.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. Exchanges
- To exchange an item, first initiate a return for the original product.
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
- Return shipping costs apply, and the new order will follow standard shipping rates.
